iamrover Policies and Terms
A booking is binding upon the tour participants and iamrover as soon as the participants have paid for the booking. Our tour guide services are invoiced without VAT in accordance with a special scheme for tour guide services.
Cancellations requested at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure are refunded in full. Cancellations requested between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure are refunded 50 percent. Cancellations requested within 2 days of the scheduled departure are not refunded. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com
iamrover reserves the right to cancel any given tour. If a customer has already paid for a tour that later gets cancelled, a refund will be issued.
The tour descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Every tour is personal and unique depending on the tour guide and the traffic and weather conditions on the day. iamrover does not in any way guarantee that specific sights will be visited.
The tour participants consent to the processing of their personal data by iamrover for administrative purposes.
Any complaints regarding the services provided by iamrover must be communicated in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no more than 7 days after the departure date of the tour.
In the event of a dispute, if the tour participants and iamrover fail to reach agreement during negotiation, any dispute shall be settled according to the law in the country where the tour takes place.
